Homeowner Services has two Michigan Residential Licensed Builders on staff, with over 40 years of construction experience each.
We’ve built new homes and apartment buildings in Wayne and Washtenaw counties, constructed commercial office spaces, and medical office buildings right here in Chelsea. We’ve worked on the campus of the University of Michigan, building new structures, and renovating their existing facilities. We’ve built elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, police stations, fire stations, banks, and retail stores, and we can build something for you, too. Commercial or residential. We work with several local architects here in Chelsea, designing new homes, and remodeling existing living spaces for discerning, budget-minded homeowners.
